    Refund policy

    Returns
    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the brand has a specific policy that says different.

    Because these are food items in order to protect our customers from the risk of product adulteration we do not accept general returns as the product cannot be resold.

    However, product may be returned for the following reasons:

    • You believe the product has been adulterated.
    • Product packaging has been damaged in shipment.
    • Product arrives within 60 days of expiration (if an expiration date is printed on the product).

    Satisfaction Guarantee

    At Active Republic we strive to offer only the top brands in Every Price Points.  However, if you don't feel any product is to your satisfaction, please let us know.  Because of the high rate of fraud and deception with online purchases, we cannot offer full refunds on used product but we will offer a full refund on the unused portion of your product. I.e. if you use half of a tub of protein, send the remaining to us and we will provide a pro-rated refund.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
